For general dental cleanings and exams we will typically see each patient every six months unless we are trying to manage gum disease. Our healthy mouth cleanings consist of a thorough exam, x-rays, and oral cancer screening. After, our dentist will analyze your bite, smile and overall oral health. We'll then develop a personalized dental care plan that accounts for your unique oral health needs. We'll be sure to have time during your exam to chat with Dr. Vo or Dr. La Rota about any concerns you may be having.

Thanks to dynamic laser technology we can treat cavities while they’re smaller before deeper into your enamel or adjacent teeth! Oral cancer can occur anywhere in the mouth, including the lips, tongue, gums, and throat. In our office we screen for oral cancer with the VELscope. The VELScope oral cancer screening kit is a game-changing device that allows us to identify irregular tissues before they’re visible. It does this by pinpointing any changes in your mouth, which could lead you down the path towards an early biopsy and possibly saving his life!
